Why choose us
Why Glen Iris homeowners choose us
Bigger tinting outfits often send one person to quote and a different installer to fit the film. When something goes wrong, each one points at the other.
With Stay Shady your Glen Iris job stays with one person from start to finish. Dany measures your windows, quotes them on the spot, installs the film, and stands behind the warranty.
Owner-operated
Dany personally measures, installs and warranties every Glen Iris job. No rotating crews.

Glen Iris up close
Glen Iris housing stock
Film goes on the inside of the existing glass, so it suits older homes and new builds alike. Where the glass is double-glazed, the film has to be rated for it.
Sun and climate
North and west-facing glass takes the most summer sun. Double glazing helps with heat transfer, but it doesn't stop glare or UV.
What works in Glen Iris
Frosted film suits bathroom windows, giving privacy day and night while the room stays bright. On a new build it's easiest to do every bathroom in one visit. Solar film suits sunny living areas, and mirror film suits street-facing rooms used mostly by day.
